Kate and Mima's birthday party

Tonight we celebrated Kate and Mima's birthday. Kate was born on my mom's birthday...it is so fun because they look alike too.

The Birthday Girls

Kate has been so excited for Karebears to make her birthday cake. She has been asking me all week if Karebears has made it yet. I told her that she wasn't going to make it until it was time for the party. So when we got there and Kari was decorating it Kate was so excited and had to watch.

The Masterpiece

Such cute girls

Mima (my cute mom) has always wanted a Miss Weather so she got one for her little mini-me :) (Kate has played with this a lot since the party) My mom and Dad also gave her some really cute shirts.

Kate received some darling clothes from my brothers and sisters- I didn't get any pictures of them out of the bag.

We gave her...
The new Tinkerbell movie. When she opened this Kena gave out a loud and jealous "What?!" It was so funny!

Some more Silly bandz (she loves these things and even sleeps with them on most nights)

A Polly Pocket

and her favorite... a big box of Littlest Pet Shops- of which she has played with non-stop since.

The cute birthday girls with their awesome Karebears original cakes.

He Did It!!!

Jack Slept in his Big Boy Bed!!!

In preparation for the new baby we decided to move Jack into Kena and Kate's room a couple weeks ago. We put him in his Big bed, but we couldn't get him to stay. We tried everything- even laying with him for long periods of time. Nothing would work. So he ended up back in the crib. Then... he started climbing out of that just as much as he was his bed... Little stinker. So we tried it again last night and... It worked!!! He still got out several times, but eventually he stayed! It can only get better from here.
Gotta love the "cheeser."What a cute little stinker.

I was really happy with the way the room turned out. I think it looks pretty cute and the kids LOVE it. They think that it's fun to all be together. I love how much they love eachother.

Family Pizza Night

A few weeks ago I went to Good Things Utah with the Young Women and I won a California Pizza Kitchen cookbook! So for dinner a few nights ago we decided to have a pizza night. The kids... all four of them. (Adam is just a big kid at heart) had so much fun rolling out the dough.

This sauce (Wal-marts GreatValue brand) is SO yummy!

Mmmmm Cheese

Isn't pepperoni everyone's favorite?

The finished product! We had so much fun! We will definitely have to do it again.

Happy Birthday Jack!

Today is Jack's birthday! We decided that we would go to the Living Planet aquarium since he loves fish. We have never been before so it was really fun for all of us.
This is the kids looking at the Jelly fish- Kate's face is my favorite.

This was some kind of octopus- I'm sure it has a fancy name.

The kids all loved the rays.

They thought it was fun to touch the starfish and other fish.

Such cute kids.

The birthday boy.

They all loved this frog.

As we were leaving Jack saw this penguin and wanted to give it a "nuggle." What a fun boy. We are so grateful for him :)

Jack's Digger Party

Tonight we celebrated Jack's birthday with Grandma, Grandpa, Matt, Gina, Elizabeth and Zachary. We had a lot of fun. I made enchiladas for dinner. We had fun talking and the kids had fun playing together. Jack loved opening his presents.

We gave Him some new warm jammies

Matt, Gina, Elizabeth and Zachary gave Jack these fun cars and a big one that holds them all. Everyone knows how much I like organization so this was a big hit with me :) Jack loves it too.

The cute outfit from Grandma and Grandpa

Since Adam has been finishing the basement Jack has been really into tools. Grandma and Grandpa gave him this fun tool set- as you can see everyone loves it.

This was my favorite point of the night. He had no idea what was coming...

This is the "Digger" that he has wanted. It was too awkward to wrap so we had it hidden. The look on his face is priceless.

Jack was really excited when we picked up his Digger cake.
I think he likes diggers- what about you?
